Architectural Services

At TVM Lofts we have our own Architectural Designer, who will come to your property to discuss your requirements and then prepare drawings to submit to your local council.

We deal with all communication to and from the council, ensuring that all drawings are completed to planning and building regulations. We keep you up to date with the progress of your drawings and notify you as soon as planning permission and building regulations approval are received.

If you have any queries about any stage of your application, our Architectural Designer will help you to understand the process step by step.

Once the drawings have been approved by your local authority TVM Lofts will then give you a fixed quotation for the work. This quotation is valid for 6 months.
