The Cabrio Balcony turns a roof window into an instant balcony in seconds. A great way to add value and a real wow factor to your property. The upper section is top hung and opens outwards whilst the bottom section unfolds into a glaxed balcony with a side railing, they can be easily combined with top hung and fixed sloped windows to increase the daylight and view. They are made of high-quality natural pine with a clear laquer finish. Double and triple units now include EKY (100mm) support trimmers, all the glazing used has a toughened outer and a laminated inner pane for additional safety. There is a clear and clean coating on the toughened outer pane which keeps the glaze cleaner for longer. The top section rotates by 180' and locks into place for easing cleaning of the outer pane. An insulation collar , vapour barrier and blinds are recommended. Velux offer a 10 year guarantee on the Cabrio window system.
