Loft Conversion in Broughton

An outside shot of the property - nothing will change aside from the addition of Velux windows.

The whole loft is insulated and plaster boarded.

The new purpose made stair case by our own joiner is put in place.

We then plaster the entire loft which is left ready to receive clients own decoration.

Bedroom 4 is being decorated with second fix joinery and plumbing works being carried out.

Bedroom 5 is being decorated with second fix joinery and plumbing works being carried out.

From the ground floor looking up the existing staircase you can see the new staircase leading up from the existing one that was all in line.
