Loft Conversion in Grimsby

Property where the Loft Conversion was carried out.

Existing Loft Space with beams running across the centre.

The existing loft space was cleared to allow all structural aspects to take place.

Steel beams are installed into position as per Structural Engineers Specification

New floor joists are attached to the steel beams to add suport to the new floor, to meet with Building Regulations.

Pressure treated flooring is installaed on to the floor joists.

Velux windows are supplied and installed and insulation is fittedto all walls and roof slopes again to meet with Building Regulations.

Once the insulation has been installed the internal walls are fitted into place.

The loft area is plasterboarded

The plaster board is given a skim finish and left ready to receive clients own decoration.

Clients then decorate their loft conversion, however TVM can organise a decorater if you would prefer.

All second fix joinery, electrics and  plumbing carried out. (I.e. skirting, architraves, fire doors radiators, light switched etc)
