Roof Lift Loft Conversion in Healing

Front of property before the roof lift took place.

Existing roof is stripped ready for the new trusses to be fitted.

The new trusses are lifted by a crane into position.

The old roof can be remoed and the new roof inserted within one day.

From this angle you able to see how much we have raised the pitch of the roof by.

Once the new trusses are fitted they are instantly covered to protect them against the event of bad weather conditions.

The new roof is then re-felted and re-tiled.

Velux windows are fitted into position.

The new roof as you can see has the velux windows fitted and the tiles re-fitted in this image.

Our own joiner makes our staircase individually for each property and fits them into place.

The internal works start to be carried out. E.g first fix, plumbing, electrics and joinery.

We have bricked up the gable walls to meet with the new roof pitch.

Insulation is fitted to meet with Building Regulations.

Plaster board is fitted on top of the insulation ready to receive a skim finish.

Second fix joinery, electrical and plumbing works are carried out and the client decorates the loft to their personal taste.
