Roof Lift Loft Conversion in Langworth

The whole of the original roof need to be stripped off ready for the new attic trusses to be lifted into place.

Internal works are begun.

Unfortunately we were unable to find a brick match, which meant the gable ends will be rendered.

The internal walls are built up and velux windows are installed and fitted.

First fix electrics and plumbing are carried out.

Insulation is fitted to all walls and roof slopes to meet with Building Regulations Specification.

The walls and roof slopes are then plasterboarded in the entire roof space.

A skim finish is carried out on top of the plasterboard which will leave the loft ready to receive clients own decoration.

Here the clients have got there own tiler to tile the bathroom.

Clients have started to decorate before final second fixing is taken place.

Second fix joinery, electrical and plumbing works are carried out.

Here the bathroom is coming together, with our plumber installing the white goods that the client has supplied.

Craft room is now decorated and second fix, joinery, electrics and plumbing have been carried out.
