Roof Lift Loft Conversion in Metheringham

We have removed the old roof trusses and installed the new ones by using a crane.

Once all the new trusses are in place, we cover the trusses over to protect them from any bad weateher.

The new roof is then re-felted and new battons are put in place ready for the re-tiling to take place.

Velux windows have been installed and the whole roof re-tiled.

We were able to carry out a brick match for this property to build up the gable walls with.

Inside all the insulation, plumbing, electrics and plasterboarding have been carried out.

All second fix works have been completed and the client has deorated the loft to their own personal taste
