The original roof tiles, felt and batons need to be stripped off and covered with tarpaulin in preparation for the new trusses to be put in place. |
The new attic trusses are lifted into place by using a crane. |
The majority of the old trusses have been removed whilst the new trusses are lifted and fixed into position. |
The new roof is now taking shape. |
The new trusses are then re-covered with new felt, and treated batons. |
The Velux windows are installed where necessary as per drawings. |
The gable ends are bricked up to meet the new roof pitch. |

UPVC windows to match the existing of the property are installed to the dormers and new fascias and guttering are fitted around the dormers and roof. |

Our joiner makes and fits the staircase, with spindles, newel posts and handrails to the clients specification. |
Under the stairs we have plasterboarded and plastered so that the stairs is neat and tidy. |
