Roof Lift Conversion in Wootton

Existing roof height at a property in Wootton before the roof-lift loft conversion takes place.

We have stripped all the original tiles, felt and trusses ready to lift in the new attic trusses.

All of the new attic trusses are now in place.

We insulate the entire new loft space once all first fix electrics and plumbing have been carried out.

The gable ends are bricked up to match the existing and then the roof is re-felted, re-tiled with the Velux windows installed.

Here we have begun to plasterboard throughout the area, then we skim all the plasterboard, ready to receive the clients own decoration.
