Roof lift with front and rear dormer windows

A roof lift loft conversion was required to this bungalow, the family contacted TVM to obtain 2 en-suite bedrooms and 1 dressing room to increase the space in their property. We were able to achieve this by raising the roof with attic trusses and forming the dormer windows to the front and rear elevations.

Our architect measured and listened to our client’s requirements and a set of drawings were agreed and approved. The formation of the dormer windows allowed for extra usable space in both of the bedrooms. We also incorporated a Velux feature window to the front elevation to allow even more daylight into the new bedroom. This also allowed for extra space to be used within the roof lift as 2 en-suite bathrooms. Again we worked within the timescale allowed and on budget. The couples home was changed drastically and we helped our client’s dreams come true.
