Dormer loft conversions within existing attic trusses in Fullbeck Lincolnshire

This bungalow had a large roof space which was easily convertible by our own in house tradesmen due to being originally built with attic trusses. We were able to create the 3 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom which was required by our client. To achieve this we did form 2 pitched roof dormers which not only helped gain extra space, they looked fantastic. We were able to finish the exterior of the dormers with hanging tiles to match the existing tiles of the roof, ensuring the dormers were in keeping with the original build.
