Roof lift loft conversion with dormers to the rear 

A beautiful roof lift loft conversion to form a master bedroom and bathroom with gorgeous pitched roof dormers to the rear of this stunning bungalow in Lincolnshire.

We removed the old roof from the bungalow and replaced it with new attic trusses at a higher pitch, as the current roof height was not adequate for meeting Building Regulations. We were then able to achieve our clients requirements which was a master bedroom and bathroom.
